Dorset Char with Nicoise salad

prepare - 10 mins
cooking - 15 mins
serve - 4 people


100g - green beans
2 - handfuls baby spinach
5 - silverskin anchovies
10 - cooked
1 - Dorset Char
12 - cherry tomatoes
1 - hard-boiled eggs


  1. The char can be poached, roasted or pan-fried, any style of cooking will work with this salad.
  2. Gently mix all the ingredients together and season with a little salt, pepper and olive oil, you can add a small amount of balsamic vinegar to help add an edge to the salad, place the char on top and serve.
